Do you give cleanout prices from photos?
No. We schedule a free on-site estimate to see the property, access, volume, and structures involved.
Can you empty an entire house?
Yes. Whole-house and estate cleanouts are a core focus, including associated garages and outbuildings when included in the estimate.
Do you work with landlords, realtors, and property managers?
Yes. We assess rental, foreclosure, inherited, and listing-preparation cleanouts through the authorized property contact.
Do I have to be at the property?
Access and authorization arrangements depend on the property. Explain your situation in the request so the Junk Monkees LLC crew can confirm what is needed.
Do you provide biohazard remediation?
No. We do not provide biohazard, mold, crime-scene, or hazardous-material remediation. We assess heavily cluttered properties individually and explain when a specialty provider is needed before scheduling.
